We offer self-paced digital training courses that engage users and build deep understanding of core concepts from diversity, equity, and inclusion.

inQUEST offers customizable self-paced digital diversity, equity and inclusion modules for teams and companies of every size. These modules cover critical topics such as unconscious bias, conscious inclusion, addressing microaggressions, allyship, having bold conversations, cultural competence, mutual respect, and more.

These self-paced modules can be used on their own to build deep understanding or can be used to sustain and reinforce learning from live in-person or live virtual trainings. These eLearning solutions can be easy (no scheduling), efficient, and scalable.

Many companies start with our gamified DEI Basics course, Contineo™, which is conducted virtually with groups of approximately 25 people. Others start with our comprehensive course on Addressing Microaggressions and Having Bold Conversations. Addressing microaggressions more productively. To create a collaborative, open, and inclusive workplace culture, it’s vital to address the subtle acts of exclusion (microaggressions) that happen when leaders, managers, and individual contributors inadvertently exclude people with marginalized identities. This module builds a deep understanding around what these subtle interactions are, why they happen, why they are a problem, and most importantly how to productively have bold conversations to address them (and any other bias or exclusion).

From Unconscious Bias to Conscious Inclusion

In this module, users dive into the topic of unconscious bias, not just to ‘check the box’ on the latest diversity buzz word, but to understand what unconscious bias really is, why we all have it, how it affects our work, and how we can lessen its effects to improve performance. Users learn about these concepts while also examining their own biases, thereby disrupting bias before it threatens diversity and inclusion.

Contineo™ Virtual

This gamified learning experience is played “live” on a web-conferencing platform. Users are guided through learning key foundational concepts such as diversity, equity, inclusion, unconscious bias, stereotypes, psychological safety, inclusive conversations, and more by a trained moderator (or two). The deepest learning comes from competing as a team in a breakout room against the other teams, as users interact with and learn from one another.
