Danata Andrews

Danata has nearly 20 years of experience turning big ideas into practical, people-centered ways of working.

In her role as Head of Operations, Danata keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She works closely every day across our team, client network, and partners, to ensure communication is clear, collaboration happens, and everyone feels supported.

Her background includes work in the non-profit sector leading program administration, fundraising and community relations, which taught her the true value of empathy, teamwork, and strong relationship building.

At her core, Danata is all about creating supportive spaces where great operations and a positive workplace culture go hand in hand. When she is not busy managing day-to-day operations at inQUEST, you can find her hanging out as a dedicated mom or practicing yoga and meditation.

Danata graduated with a B.S. in Journalism from Illinois State University and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication from Roosevelt University.
