A series of conversational get-togethers

We, as human beings, are wired for connection—in our families, our communities and within our workplaces.  Connection has the power to orient, motivate, inspire, align, and make us feel less alone.

However, in a world of packed calendars, relentless demands, societal divides and increasing digital distance, possibilities for real togetherness and connection can seem elusive.

What inspired this?

Together@Work is an exploration of the workplace as a living, breathing community—one that flourishes when we gather with purpose.

It is an invitation to be intentional about when and how we come together, to reimagine how we connect, and to cultivate spaces where innovation and humanity intertwine. We have decided to build the Together@Work community to help us, along with close colleagues and partners, navigate the challenges of the workplace in 2025.

What are our aspirations?

Through this work, we hope to bring together professionals committed to shaping workplaces that are dynamic, inclusive, and resilient.
