Tricia Dupilka

Senior Partner

Tricia is a Senior Partner at inQUEST.

For over 30 years, Tricia has helped organizations examine how their systems actually work — and redesign them so culture, leadership, strategy, and engagement align with strategy. Her work centers on the systems and decision patterns that shape culture and determine whether workplaces truly function well.

Culture does not live in statements — it lives in how leaders lead, how teams operate, how performance is defined, and how opportunity is distributed. Organizations often invest in values and intent, yet outcomes are shaped by the alignment between leadership capability and organizational systems. Tricia partners with leaders to close that gap.

At inQUEST, she works with executives and HR leaders to understand how their organizations function in practice — formally and informally — and to design approaches that are realistic and sustainable. Her work spans leadership development, team effectiveness, culture diagnostics and talent system design, particularly during integration, growth, and transformation.

She is known for helping leadership teams slow down just enough to see patterns clearly and focus effort where it will make measurable difference. When complexity creates friction or engagement begins to erode, she brings disciplined systems thinking and pragmatic clarity.

Her experience spans Fortune 50 companies, Canadian and U.S. public sector organizations, mid-sized firms, and mission-driven institutions. Across sectors, her focus remains consistent: aligning strategy, leadership, and systems, so organizations perform effectively while building workplaces that work for everyone.

Tricia is a certified coach and graduated with an MBA from the University of Calgary where she wrote her thesis on: Interorganizational Learning: Knowledge Transfer Between Organizations, which is the foundation of her partnering with clients.
